DigitSec service has been restored to acceptable performance standards.

We identified some faults in the networking routes between our application server and our database server. We have increased our network monitoring and implemented some optimizations that has resolved the intermittent disconnects.

DigitSec service is currently degraded. We have identified several problems not meeting expected service and availability standards. We are working to identify the root cause and develop a remediation plan.
